I apologize for any poor English or writing. This comes directly from my prayer journal, and at 5am I am not always the best writer, nor do I catch all my mistakes. However, I think Mrs. Hausner, my highschool English teacher, would be glad that I am at least still writing.

Prayer for 2018

I have been praying this morning for a focus for 2018 and came across these verses from the end of the letter to the Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV:

[20] "Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, [21] equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen."

Yes Lord, equip me with everything good for doing Your will and work in me what is pleasing to You!  What a great prayer!  Equip me Lord!  Work in me Lord!  Make me pleasing to You!  Not a bad prayer for 2018!

Amen!
